The CNC-controlled Fixed-beam Guideway Grinder is a high-precision gantry-type machining equipment designed f

Developed by Jiangsu Zhihe Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., this series (models: MK2010A/3010A/3012A/4012A/MK3016A/6016A/8020A) integrates advanced CNC technology and robust mechanical structure, specializing in grinding planes and rail surfaces of steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals. With a stepped Gantry layout, the machine delivers exceptional dynamic stiffness during worktable and carriage movements,

The machine adopts a rigid frame composed of a heavy-duty bed, stable columns, and a reinforced Crossbeam. This structural design provides sufficient dynamic stiffness, minimizing vibration during high-speed movements and guaranteeing machining accuracy. Whether the worktable is moving longitudinally or the carriage is sliding horizontally, the frame maintains stability to avoid deformation.
Horizontal movement of the carriage and vertical movement of the slide are fully controlled by CNC, enabling precise positioning and feed adjustments.
The worktable’s longitudinal movement is driven by a hydraulic automatic speed control system, with a speed range of 5~25 m/min. This ensures smooth, efficient movement tailored to different machining requirements.
